Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or any related field.

Experience :  Minimum 1 year of experience in debt recovery or collections.

Criteria:-

  • Prepare and submit billing documents to the relevant departments or clients accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure files are processed efficiently and payments are receivable without unnecessary delays.
  • Meet defined recovery targets within the stipulated deadlines, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of recovery processes, payments received, and pending amounts.

Service Co-ordinator

Qualification: BE / Diploma / Graduate in any field.

Account Executive

Criteria:-

  • Make detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses in software and Excel for the assigned division.
  • Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate in software & excel for the assigned division.
  • Co-ordination with respective division for timely purchase invoice collection & record keeping.
  • Preparation of sales invoice & post-dated cheque as per process and policy for the assigned division.
  • Create voucher and voucher entries as and when required.
  • Responsible for stock statement preparation.
  • Fund transfer information sharing and co-ordination for the assigned division.
  • Maintaining payment transfer detail and carry out payment transfer as per instructions.

Sales Manager ( Low Voltage Systems/Telecommunication projects industry )

Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 

Experience :  3–5 years of experience in sales or business development ( Corporate or PSU sectors preferred) 

Criteria:-

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with defence clients, including key stakeholders at Corporate/PSU customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the defence sector for ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, Fiber optics, networking).
  • Create tailored technical solutions and compelling presentations to address the specific needs of Corporate/PSU customers.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in compliance with procurement guidelines.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and refine bidding strategies to improve success rates.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams (design, procurement, and project management) to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals with defence clients while ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.
  • Actively participate in project execution by coordinating with the project team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support payment clearance processes by maintaining strong communication with clients.
  • Represent Hexxa Geo in industry forums, exhibitions, events to enhance brand visibility.

Experience :  5–7 years of experience in service management, preferably in industries like telecommunication, low voltage systems, or maintenance contracts.
