CCTV Engineer(Local from Surat)

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / BE / BTECH

Experience : Minimum 1-2 Year

Criteria:-

Candidate must be local or ready to travel to pan india
Knowledge of crimping and punching UTP cables
Experience in troubleshooting fiber optic cable links (preferred)
Basic understanding of power cables and related troubleshooting
Hands-on experience in camera installation, recording, and playback verification
Basic networking knowledge including switch operations
Familiarity with site inspections and testing to ensure functionality
Must have experience in CCTV system maintenance and upkeep

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Electronics & Communication (E&C) preferred

Experience : Minimum 2 Years

Criteria:-

Background in Purchase, Procurement, or Technical Coordination (Electronics, Electrical, Networking projects preferred)
Strong in vendor negotiation, document handling, and internal coordination
Comfortable with GeM / PSU portals or willing to learn quickly
Hands-on experience in project procurement, tendering, and related roles
Ability to prepare tender documentation, costing, and handle online bid submissions
Skilled in coordinating with technical, pre-sales, finance, and legal teams to complete proposals
Able to negotiate, follow-up on post-submission, and ensure final deal closure
Good communication and coordination skills to build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants
Capability to guide junior tendering team members as needed

Qualification: B.E/ B.tech/ Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Electrical or related field

Experience : Min. 2 years of experience

Criteria:-

Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates clients, including key stakeholders at Corporate/PSU customers.
Develop new business opportunities within the PSU / corporate sector for ELV systems (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, Fiber optics, networking)
Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in compliance with procurement guidelines.
Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients while ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.
Support payment clearance processes by maintaining strong communication with clients.
Represent Hexxa Geo in industry forums, exhibitions, events to enhance brand visibility.
Readiness for PAN India Travelling and Site survey

Criteria:-

Ability to review project inputs, specifications, and scope to understand requirements.
Proficiency in analyzing MEP drawings to identify ELV components such as CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, fire alarm systems, and networking.
Experience in participating in sales meetings, attending pre-bid sessions, addressing technical queries, and maintaining logs.
Knowledge of standard estimation processes to determine optimal system solutions.
Skilled in preparing BOMs, selecting equipment, software, and cabling for security systems.
Ability to create costing sheets, technical write-ups, and comparison charts.
Commitment to delivering high-quality outputs on time while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Capability to escalate issues promptly and document scope changes.
Understanding of operational parameters to ensure project efficiency.
Accurate timesheet management for self and team members.
Willingness to conduct site surveys and client visits as required.

Qualification: ITI with Experience in Fiber Splicing

Experience : minimum 6 month

Criteria:-

Examine and replace faulty or old fiber optic cables and perform scheduled maintenance
Carry out fiber splicing work and troubleshoot fiber optic issues
Develop sensor indicators and perform inspections to ensure optimal system performance
Maintain system records and fiber network design documentation
Identify OFC faults, perform OFC splicing and OTDR testing, and work to reduce signal loss
Responsible for final finishing tasks such as cable numbering, stickering, and labeling

Qualification: any bachelors degree

Experience : 1 to 2 years

Criteria:-

Responsible for Maintaining & managing the documentation as well as data entry and management work for the assigned service team.
Handle & maintain records/reports regarding the calls/customer complaints & manage customer communication for call updates.
Collecting and co-ordinating for Daily Call report & entry in ERP software.
Assist Service manager for managing team & mapping for client calls communication & co-ordination.
Co-ordinate for project handover process as per the checklist.
Expenses/vendor invoices/courier exp etc. maintain data base and sync with accounts for the clearance & filing management of respective bills/invoice along with receipts.
Maintaining the attendance of on-site team.
Maintaining and managing timely Vendor/OEM follow up for RMA delivery & dispatch as per process.
